  • We use Stripe. It’s an excellent payment processor that will not charge you for the cleaning until after it’s done. We will send you an email receipt as soon as the charge is made.
  • Yes, we do and they can be found HERE!
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply let us know within 24 hours, and we will resend a crew to touch up any areas that were missed at no cost to you.
  • Yes, our maids come prepared with all the necessary supplies and equipment to make your home shine. Do let them know when they arrive if you prefer that they use your own equipment instead.
  • Yes, we have structured our scheduling to make sure you get the same maids every time.
  • A premium cleaning is when your place needs extra work. If you have not had your house professionally cleaned in the last 60 days, it is best to get a premium clean to make sure your home will be looking great.
  • Yes, we can. Simply give us a ring at 408-318-5199 and we can make that arrangement for you!
  • Yes, we do! Except on Sundays. Please visit our BOOKING PAGE to see all available time slots.
  • If you cancel within a 24 hour period of your cleaning, there will be a $75 charge.
  • Anita’s Home Cleaning only registers and refers experienced professional independent housekeepers, not employees looking for an occasional job. All independent housekeepers are screened to ensure that they are legally authorized to work in the United States and have passed thorough background & referral checks. We also ask that all companies that take Anita’s Home Cleaning referrals do background checks on their maids.

    If you believe something is missing from your home, please confirm that the item is indeed missing. Once you are convinced the item is missing, Anita’s Home Cleaning’s management would encourage you to notify your local police department to investigate the matter. Even though Anita’s Home Cleaning is not responsible for theft and loss committed by its referred domestic workers, as an accommodation to our clients, Anita’s Home Cleaning will pay up to $500 per conviction, per incident.

    In regard to damages, the referred housekeepers treat your home with the greatest of care; however, should damage occur while they clean your home, your independent housekeeper will be responsible for all damages.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer the following services:

    • Folding laundry or laundry services
    • Cleaning unemptied cabinets and pantries
    • Moving furniture or heavy objects
    • Washer and dryer cleaning
    • Changing or cleaning air conditioning filters
    • Reorganization
    • Chimney or fireplace cleaning
    • Pest control services
    • Pet waste removal
