Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The staff that show up are always friendly and professional. We use their monthly services but in the past few months they have been consistently late. (for example, we booked 9am and waited until 11:30). The appointment time is an estimated time (+- 1 hour). But if they are late for 2 hours+ It makes it really hard to coordinate with family members and make plans for the day.
The staff are hardworking and efficient. I just think the owner/manager may need to improve their booking to prevent consistent delays in appointments. Maybe add a bit more buffer time between appointments so that there is no overlap between appointments. Perhaps they can work with clients to arrange the scheduled monthly cleanings so that they work one region on the same day without having to drive back and forth to another location in the same day.
